Who will be at my wedding?
Every HC Co. wedding includes a full team of up to 6 members for full planning, 4 for partial planning, and 3 for wedding management. Your planner will determine if more staff are needed based on your guest count and location(s). No matter the package, you’ll always receive the level of support needed to do your party justice!
Will I work with Madison directly?
Every couple—regardless of package—gets a personal consultation call with Madison. Full planning and partial planning experiences are personally led by her from start to finish. Wedding management packages are led by one of her handpicked Associate Planners, with Madison's full support behind the scenes.
What's the difference between full planning and wedding management?
Full planning is exactly what it sounds like! Hand it all over and don't think about a single thing so that when your wedding day arrives, all you have to do is show up and savor every single second. And for our couples who prefer to be more hands on with their event, we love to collaborate!
Wedding management is for the couple who has planned their own wedding but wants needs a trusted team to take the reins in the final stretch and execute it flawlessly.
Do you travel outside of St. Louis?
We specialize in greater St. Louis and Missouri. We do travel depending on the scope of your event—let us know what you have in mind!
How far in advance should we book?
For partial and full planning, we ask that you book 12-18 months in advance if your event falls during peak season (Month-Month). For wedding management, we ask 8-12 months in advance.
