After spending years watching you carry the weight of your own wedding, I knew there had to be a better way…one that started with actually knowing you, and ended with a party that couldn’t have been more you and yours.

I help create our event day timelines, manage styling and setup, and jump in whenever Madison needs. My favorite moment is watching an empty space transform and seeing a couple’s vision finally come to life! 

My kind of party: A tea party! Intimate, cozy, & just a bit fancy.  




Associate Planner & Lead Coordinator


I’m with you through the whole Wedding Management process, plus I help Mads with content, styling, setup, and anything else we need. Fave moment? Right before the walk down the aisle, but honestly, I just love, love! So…maybe all of it! 

My kind of party: A Bachelorette party—I’m the ultimate “woo girl”! 




Associate Planner & Lead Coordinator



I thrive on a good checklist and love watching a perfectly planned day come together exactly as envisioned. Hands down, my favorite part is the room reveal! Once the candles are lit and our couples see the end result, that cozy, happy feeling never gets old. 

My kind of party: Sunset beach party—sandy toes, string lights, & good music, duh!






LEAD Coordinator


I manage events when we have multiple in a day, and I’ve been known to slay a setup! And the moment I look forward to most is delivering, delivering, *delivering* on the promises we make to our couples, then going home knowing we nailed it. 

My kind of party: Halloween cocktail party (costumes mandatory!!)

I’m your go-to girl for anything needed on event day! And my favorite part has to be when the couple gets a private moment to soak it all in, watching their vision come together in real time. There’s nothing like seeing all the details come together!  

My kind of party: A surprise party…the best moments are the ones you don’t see coming ;)




ASSISTANT Coordinator


I’m the get-it-done gal! Extra dessert plates, last-minute snack runs…whatever’s needed to keep the day going. And my favorite part has to be once the formalities are over and our couples finally let loose with their favorite people. 

My kind of party: Does a seance count?
